It’s common knowledge that drinking water and lots of it is a good thing. What happens when you just don’t like the taste of boring old H2O? Simple, you come up with healthy options to quench your thirst.

With the air changing and the fall temperatures rolling in, we thought you’d appreciate apple cinnamon water.

Ingredients
1 Gallon Water
1 Apple thinly sliced (Any kind will do, we’re partial to Gala and Macintosh)
1 Cinnamon Stick

Directions
Put the thin apple slices and cinnamon stick at the bottom of a container, pour in water and refrigerate, let the flavors infuse for a few hours or overnight. You can re-fill the container using the same apple and cinnamon stick 3-4 times before you need to exchange them for fresh ones.

Perhaps you’ll find that drinking water with a little natural flavor is a good thing. Enjoy!
