Out With The Old, In With The New

As we all know, it is common for teams to alter the looks of their uniforms. All teams have done it in one way or another. During the 2014 offseason, some teams have announced they will add a new jersey to their lineup. So far, two different teams have shown designs for new uni’s. Those two teams are the St. Louis Blues and the Anaheim Ducks.
For the St. Louis Blues, their additions are not entirely a new thing. In fact, their rumored new home uniform looks an awful lot like the uniforms that they donned from 1998-2007. As for the Ducks’ new getup, their uniform is a more contemporary take on their old uniforms. The new sweaters feature the team’s logo (the webbed “D”), a change from the past uniform that spelled out the Ducks name on it.
