Banana Chocolate Peanut Butter “Pudding” (non-dairy)
Ingredients, serves 2
2 Bananas
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Optional – 4 tablespoons almond or coconut milk if you’d like a thinner texture.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with hand mixer until thoroughly blended and smooth. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes.
