With another road OT win, the Kings are now two away from hoisting the Cup. LA’s Jeff Carter fired one past Martin Brodeur with 6:18 left in overtime to take Game 2 over New Jersey 2-1. Jonathan Quick made 32 saves in the King’s tenth straight victory away from Staples Center. Drew Doughty scored a highlight worthy first goal for the Kings skating coast to coast and beating Brodeur blocker side. LA will try to take a commanding 3-0 lead Monday at home.
