Thursday update

With four games on the go, last night was pretty exciting. Here’s your update:

Devils beat Florida
Marin Brodeur earned his 24th playoff shutout with New Jersey’s 4-0 win over Florida. Devils’ totaled three goals in the third taking game 4 and tying the series. Game 5 is Saturday in Florida.
Caps keep coming
Holy Holtby! Caps net-minding saviour stopped 44 shots in the 2-1 win, earning him the first star. The series is now tied at twos with Game 5 Sunday in Boston.
Phoenix in OT again
It’s like déjà vu all over again! The Coyotes and Hawks went to overtime in Chicago with Phoenix prevailing 3-2. Phoenix can take the series with a win Saturday at home.
Blues booming
St. Louis now has a 3-1 series lead over San Jose with their win Thursday. Brian Elliott had 24 saves in the 2-1 victory over the Sharks. The Blues can seal the deal Saturday night on home ice.
